Return Policy

Home accessories must be returned within 7 days (48 hours for pre-made floral arrangements) with tags attached and original receipt for a refund of the original purchase price to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase. Three French Hens does not retain payment information. After the receipt window, an item may not be returned unless defective, in which case, management approval is required. Returns without a receipt could potentially be returned for store credit with management approval. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a store credit within 30 days of original purchase, exclusions may apply for seasonal merchandise. Purchases made with checks, cash, or gift certificates will be refunded in the form of store credit only. No exceptions. 

We cannot accept returns on furniture, custom floral arrangements, fragrance, end-of-season, final sale/markdown merchandise, or any custom orders. 

Returns of online purchases must adhere to the same guidelines. Items must be returned (shipped) no more than 7 days after delivery. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Three French Hens. Upon inspection, a refund may be provided with management approval.
